I usually only come here for ice cream. Today I felt like having food too. I ordered the chicken strip basket and when I got... home and opened it up there was about 17 fries in the box. If this is what's served with a chicken strip basket then theyshould have a much smaller box. What a joke. Fries are one of the least expensive things for a restaurant and they should beable to load the box with a lot more fries. I will not go to this location again to buy food as I feel ripped off. Went in to get a peanut buster parfait today and asked for caramel instead of fudge. They informed of a upcharge due to labour... and the cost of caramel. I invite the owner to sit with me and if can show me how this actually costs him more I will be happyto change my review. Read more
I usually go to this location, always nice staff here. Recently I had an issue with a drive-thru order mix-up and I rec'd 1... burger instead of 2, but I didn't know until I got home. I went next day to tell them and they got manager Raj to call meshortly after. He had them cook up the missing burger when I came again, plus made my blizzard I ordered himself (the BESTblizzard I've ever had) and gave me a coupon for a free blizzard in the future!! - all with a friendly smile.
