Great milkshakes! I am gluten free so I?m very limited to what I can order. I always ask for a drizzle of chocolate sauce on top... of whip cream and the staff are always so polite in accommodating me at no charge. Always fast and friendly service each timeI?ve been there since moving to the area. I went there last night. The girl who took my order. Also made my food. Went right from taking my cash. To walking in the back... and made my order. Wasn?t wearing gloves. No hair net. Please explain that to me. AHS has standards. I took the food because Ijust worked 9.5 hours and was exhausted. Plus. It?s fast food. Not expecting a lot. Until I got home. My burger tasted old. Wasreheated in a microwave old. At least she made fresh onion rings. Seriously. Do better. Read more

The worst location I've ever been to. Extremely disorganized, and every time I've chosen this location I've been disappointed,... whether in person or through Skip. Constantly messing up orders, forgetting paid item, and even losing an entire custom cake.Choose a different location. Poor staff, horrible attitude, lack of management. Utter disappointment. If I had the option for no stars I would! This place is filthy filthy and that was just what I could see. I would hate to see... the kitchen area if the rest of the place was any kind of indication. We took our grandchildren here cus they live just down thestreet. I used the cleaner of the 2 highchairs, but it wasn't cleaner by much. The picks dont show things as well as theyactually were. The high chairs have not been cleaned in a VERY long time! The dirt and stuck on food was gross. If I didn't haveto fix the wheel of the stroller I would not have put him in it at all! There was couple sitting in there when we got there andone person ahead in line. That was it, yet all the tables were dirty with food and stuck on stuff. My arms stuck to the table soI had to clean it and it was so half dry stuck on syrup or something that had obviously been on there at least most of the day.One person ahead of us but took 25 minutes to get our food. Ridiculous! And the food was bland cold and not very fresh tastingand my berry cake was barely anything and big voids down further in the cup. And for the price you pay.....it was TERRIBLE!McDonalds is like fine dining in comparison. Went to the washroom and there was blood on the wall, poop smears on the wall bythe toilet, all of which have been there for about a month or more according to another customer that I had warned on my way outof there. It's hard to see in the pics but all the windows look like they were washed with dirty toilet water. I will not setfoot in this place ever again! If any health inspectors are reading this......this is one place I would be making sure to beinspected! Read more
maybe tell your workers to not take food thats from someones order and eat it right in front of them? just a thought.
