This used to be one of the best DQs around but not anymore ! The previous manager was very diligent in how efficient and clean... the place is. Not anymore! I was in there and there was so many flies it was unbelievable. Imagine that on your milkshake! Itseemed the staff were all accustomed to them perching everywhere. The workers make mistakes on orders and a particular girlthere is lacking in customer service skills. No apology for making a mistake on orders and would not thank you for your order. Adiverse workforce will solve this as she comes from the same place as the manager as most of them are! So they don?t care aboutperformance. Really miss the previous manager a bd workers pre Covid. Ordered a cake online for the first time for my sons 15th birthday. (My family only does Dairy Queen cakes) I usually go the day... of the birthday n pick from what's available. I got exactly what I wanted ready in 2 days.. I was able to pick the colour ndesign and the online process was painless. Staff asked if I was happy with it or if I wanted anything changed.. This Dairy Queen had very kind staff who didn't try to rush us out when we came in 30 mins before closing and tried to scarf... down a snack before heading back out. That left a really good impression on me. Their chicken bite salad was tastier than Iexpected and their girl guide mint chocolate McFlurry also exceeded my expectations. Waited in drive thru for 25 minutes just to be told they were closed and they weren?t not even closed, pretty inconveniencing.... Workers must be lazy and close early when there were 3 cars left to serve, they could?ve blocked off the drive thru instead ofletting cars in and making them wait. Read more

Had an amazing experience at DQ. This was my first order at DQ in Canada and I loved it! I was willing toeat at DQ from so long... and luckily I was nearby & I choose the right place.
