The male staff server was very rude the floors were very sticky not to mention the tables seemed like they hadnt been wiped down... in a long while..i had my 3 children with me the server repeatly kept what are you ordering..also a person pushing a cart whoclearly had funds in there hands was about to walk in the serve then went out and procedded to yell at that person telling notto come back that person wasnt hanging out sliciding nor bothering ne one maybe tehy jist wanted a blizzard.. Staff did not know their own menu nor did they know how to make their ice cream products, no proper portioning of ingredients... and blizzards aren't blended correctly. Employees in the back on their phones instead of doing something productive as me andother customers waited for food. Won't be coming back to spend 16 dollars on a burger and blizzard for sure. The service was terrible. The young lady was to busy conversating with her friends to do her job. Then when I got my order I... asked for another ketchup and a different girl was going to give me one but the rude girl came by and said their in the bag.Witch I already knew since I looked but wanted one more. Found a hair in my burger and my fries. My mother lives nearby and she said she has also found hairs in her food. I don't know... why they refuse to wear hairnets when they are handling food. First time there. Staff are friendly but short staffed. It took quite a long time to get our order. The food is fine but they... probably need to think about renovations. We were going to eat in decided to just take our orders out. The store didn't feelinviting. It looked kind of dark. One side of the store was repurposed as stock room which feels weird. I will absolutely never be back to this joke of a location, in the short period of time we were here not only did they mess up... my husbands meal TWICE!!! Four other orders all had the same issue while we were there! They laughed in my husbands face when heasked for a refund another gentleman stated his burger was incorrect and they argued with him and when he proceeded to ask for amanager they scattered and proceeded to ignore him ! I went to dairy to get a large oreo blizzard and paid $1.00 more on top of there already expensive $7.50 blizzard. As the guy... started making it he started hitting the side of the oreo dispenser (because it was empty) too lazy to refill it he quicklyadded some soft serve and when I questioned him he replied he already added lots of oreo and when I got it. I may as well haveordered soft serve. When I questioned him and showed him he just argued and said he put lots in. I well never go back to thelocation on 10018 156 st nw edmonton.
