It takes me a lot to write a negative review. But I placed a cake order online and when I called to cancel the order, the girl I... spoke with (who said her name was Annika) stated I needed to go online to cancel the order, after checking online to see if Icould cancel the order, which was not an option online, I called back to cancel and when I told her cancelling online didn?tseem to be an option, she threw an odd amount of sass for someone who works in customer service stating ?I don?t know what totell you then?, she sounded young, and super clueless as to how customer service works. Maybe upper management needs a sit downand teach her proper mannerisms and etiquette because her parents clearly failed in that department. Read more

Ordered on skip. They forgot to put a burger and a ice cream. I called and told them they forgot two items 1 of them being my... sons lunch the burger and they basically saying I?m lying that the items were in the bag so there is nothing that they can do,then said will was the bag opened before we got it I said no why would I lie about this. They said well there is nothing we cando about it. but they are the ones that forgot the items. Then the manager of the store called me and told me basically the samething and that they can?t do anything for me. No going above and beyond with their customer service! I will NEVER go to theirstore again. Very very bad Customer service. Read more
