They don?t even deserve one star. Went to the Pallisades DQ today. Purchased chicken strips for my son and I. We didn?t want... the fries but did get drinks. We were charged $35 for our meals. Instead of being charged for a meal they charged us $2.20 perchicken strip. I thought this could not be right. Got home only to find out our order was also not done correctly. Went back andwent into the store. Spoke to two young ladies and it appeared like either a manager or the owner was there but she did notspeak with me. The older lady dressed in DQ clothing kept walking back and forth. While there I asked why they charged me theway they did. The girls both laughed and admitted to charging me incorrectly. However they did not offer to refund me the amountI was overcharged which is approximately $15+ . I am totally disgusted with this DQ and particularly the manager/owner who heardme talking yet decided to not clear things up with me. Terrible owners!!! Never will I return to this establishment and I willbe telling all my family and friends about my experience. This is the second time the service has been terrible. Read more
This location is absolutely trash. Google says they?re opened till 11pm. Showed up at 10:25ish to have a piece of cardboard... blocking the drive thru menu. Maybe change your hours next time to reflect the actual hours or hire individuals who actuallyclose at the proper time. Read more
I?m not sure what happened to the chicken strips here. Used to be good. Just spent $13 on 4 strips and they were about 2 inches... long each. Just about half the size they used to be. Definitely not worth the money. Very disappointing Read more
This place sucks! They handed me this little dinky cone that I paid like 5bucks for, when I asked she said "we weigh the cones... and that's how much should be there" i've seen Dairy Queen make my cones 1000 times and I've never once seen them weigh them norhave they ever been that cheap or stingy on 97th St & 153ave (ish) just go there. The price of everything is already so much sou may as well get your money's worth at that location. I'll never go back to this stingy greedy Dairy Queen again. Neithershould you. To the poorly educated, illogical, management /"owner" don't even attempt to leave me one of your 3 ridiculous,repeating, duplicating, generic comments, that you leave everyone that has a bad review for you. always quick drive-thru service & in store. i have come here for many, many years now and i have so many memories eating chicken... strips and poutine. the food is always made correctly, they give great portions and very prompt. great location :) Read more
Awesome job to the supervisor/manager who was in store tonight (July 11). Mistake was made on my order (Which understandably... happens) and he jumped into quick action to correct the mistake going above & beyond! Always love going to DQ. I have been going all my life to DQ and the ice cream and burgers have always been great. The Dilly... Bar, Buster Bar and Peanut Fudge Parfait are my favourites. This location is clean and well lit. The staff is friendlycourteous. There is patio seating. If you like ice cream treats then this is the place for you. If you like flame broiledburgers then this is the place for you. I will continue to come here and enjoy the food. Read more
Ok normally & in past I have had some questionable experiences but I gotta say the individual whose name starts with K or C &... ends in n was awesome. Friendly, acknowledged, fast, & more- all the top skills in customer service you want to see. Yourcompetitors could learn from this and I may even frequent u more as it?s so refreshing compared to recent experiences with otherestablishments.
