We ate in and found the burger bun to be cold which made the entire burger only lukewarm. Maybe need to toast the bun to bring... it up to temperature. Read more

Ordered two blizzards from drive thru. Had to wait for the person ahead of me to get his food. It took a little longer for his... order. Got to the window to pay and the blizzards were sitting on the counter. I had a three minute drive to get home and theblizzards were runny. Had to put them in the freezer to harden like ice cream should be. Read more

Disappointed. I used the dairy queen mobile app to look at the deals/coupons, and turns out this location doesn't accept mobile... orders. So I opened up the deal/coupon to redeem "in restaurant", and when i tell them i have the mobile app coupon, they tellme they don't have a scanner to scan the barcode (they only take a numerical code which is not provided on dairy queens app).Really disappointing that a chain restaurant has an app and one of the newest locations does not accept the mobile deals. Iasked if there was any way they could honor the coupon and they declined. After going ahead with the order despite the issueswith the coupon, i ask for a small amount of whipped cream in a cup for my small dog (like the Starbucks puppaccino). Apparentlythat had a charge too. When i asked them to make an accommodation for the whipped cream since they couldn't price their owncompany's mobile app coupons, they declined stating "it's company policy." Very disappointed with the customer service,especially given it's their own issue that this location doesn't honor its corporate mobile deals/coupons. And the response ofthe staff member who was in charge with respect to the "company policy" line definitely was not considerate of the customerexperience. What sucked worse is i decided to come to dairy queen rather than McDonald's... Don't bother coming to thislocation if you're looking to save with mobile deals/coupons. Read more

The guy had good customer service. However, the order took too long to be ready. More than 15 minutes. I think this is an abuse,... insult, and a disrespect of customer?s time. I also only said 2 white cheese and they instead put 3 when I told them not too.Like I actually do not understand. Thank for nothing Dairy Queen. This is the last time I will buy an order from 17 street.GOODBYE!!!! Read more

Pawan and manager had bad service. Were really disrespectful and sat there and argued with me for 30 minutes. Chicken was also... raw and not cooked properly. When I came back to get my free meal that they told me I could get, I was argued with and demanded?proof?. Don?t recommend going here. Read more
