Very unprofessional staff. No customer service skills. Presentation food way to far from expectations ( pictures on electronic... menu). Blizz look and taste like a plain frozen yogurt. On question why, answer : they do have blender which crash everythings...but why no taste? have no any explanation. Read more

Second Time in the TRC , I wanted a nice food, but only Second cup and DQ/ Orange Julius. I found in the DQ/Orange Julius a... Latina lady, very nice, pleasant, good service , big smile. I liked how she manage the attention to the customers. Fortunatelythis store has a person that know the good meaning of customer service. The first time was frustrating, I did not receive goodservice, not smiles. It was like a machine taking care of my order, the Philippine lady was rude, and not good experience at thefirst time. No real options for food; what's the point of a DQ that doesn't have any actual DQ food?
DQ at a gym... Kind of silly but great ice cream and they feature the chicken options there.
Have come here ordered those kids soft ice cream in a cup. They give it to us and the ice cream is flat and there is 1/4 cup.... Ask staff - that is a kids cup has always been so stuff it. Waste of time and money - bad service - Just put some ice cream init already. Read more
