Absolutely no customer service skills!!! Simple order wasn't completed, found out when I got home, drove back, packed drive... through again... When I mentioned I was here 10 min ago, the response "o yeah come to the window" is not what I expected...Staff is handing me the bag with missed food that I paid for, without one word of accountability but with words that theyamended etc... DO NOT GO an hour before they close as the staff told me they're too busy cleaning despite having no mentions of the deadline... for the last order being mentioned anywhere. Tonight, I went through the drive through 20 minutes before the store was supposedto be closed. I was greeted by a rude and annoyed employee worn the braces who accepted my orders with an impatien, yet angeredtone. After she had accepted the payment for the two meals I had ordered, she then proceeded to continously complain about thefact that I should not have ordered. If you weren't to accept my order, she could've at least told me before I ordered so Icould've just went to some other place, or to have just given me my order without mention. I had driven all the way fromWinderemere. Not only did she get my order wrong by making me pay extra for something I had not ordered. The drinks were verywatery, tasted basically like water, along with ice creams melting right away. The entire trip felt worthless and I felt ratherdisrespected by the tone of the employee, the continuous talk of how I shouldn't have ordered. I will never visit even if it isdaytime. I would rate it less if I could. I feel really bad for the staff having an owner that incompetent. Owner trys to save money by... not having enough staff. Always line ups and bad working conditions. The guy at the drive thru asked me if I wanted a lid for my blizzard, which I thought was weird but I said sure. I heard him say... ?thank god? to his coworker. They literally ruined my daughter's birthday....
