1.0 This review is for UHAUL pick up. Be awre going to this location, owner of this pizza store is crooked and will charge you... extra by finding any way. I got my vehicle quarter tank which I told owner right away and his response was to bring at samelevel. I took vehicle for 4 hours and was latebin return, I got a call from stire that we will charge you extra $50 as latewhich is totally incorrect as I paid the daily charge. I picked up rental Van for first time from this location, I thought 4hours good enough and I was late about an hour so this location owner cleverly charge me for two days including insurance ($37extra). When returnung van I thought I was late so I put $15 extra Gass and fill the tank, when I returned my van foundinsurance extra charge right away and owner response was call customer service, which I called today and I found out that I wascharge for two days whereas I returned the van same day. Don't trust the owner at this location at all. Read more
Worst customer service agent named TARAN. She charged me about $12 -13 something for a Donair and when I asked for a receipt she... only gave me debit one. When I asked for full receipt she hesitantly gave me. I read extra sauce fee and bla bla bla and I askedher why she charged me extra and then she threw 50 cent back. Then I complaint about another extra charge and she threw anotherdollar back at me. Anyways just to let the owner and manager know , I told her to put the 1,50-2$ in her tip box but stopripping off customers. On top of that she made my order wrong but I picked up my order at 955 and they close at 10pm. Best foodbut worst people specially that arrogant lady. I m Sure that she is part of ownership otherwise staff cannot have such aterrible attitude. Read more
I had my worst Fed-Ex package pick up experience at this location. I was picking up an important package for my sister who lives... under the same address as me and the receptionist at this store, at first, has refused to give my the package without mysister's ID. We even have same last name for God's sake. After she made me call my sister during her busy work schedule to askfor a picture of her ID, I have looked up if the receptionist had the right to refuse to give me the package and the answer wasno on Fed-Ex.ca. By law, anyone who has the same ID as the on the package, can accure it. I started to explain that to thereceptionist and she, for some reason, all of a sudden told me to sign here and I can take the box. Why did she have to makethis whole easy and fast package pick up so difficult and inconvenient? I don't know but I hope she learns from this andimproves. Read more
They always have good candy and non or the food goes bad at all slushy?s are cheap and only cost about a $1.25 for a small
I ordered from skip, and I'm new to the area. Usually ordering a chicken donair is quite risky, but this place made it very... well, and the chicken was Not dry and very well seasoned. I like the fact they use romaine lettuce and not just shreddediceberg. It enhances the flavor for sure. The samosa was fantastic. And they sell cheesecake! Read more
I am a big fan of Creekwood. They help keep me employed by using the local Alberta Owned ice company. That means manufacturing... jobs in Edmonton something most stores that sell ice in Edmonton can?t say as most use the big American ice company. NotCreekwood, they support local. I applaud them for that. The staff is always really good to deal with. Big Oiler fans! Read more
I went in one day to buy ETS tickets and a snack. The owner was at the counter talking with two guys. Despite the fact that the... door was unlocked and an Open sign was lit up encouraging customers to come in, I was NOT greeted warmly at all. All three guysturned and looked at me as if I wasn't supposed to be there. The owner then asked what I wanted. You know, what business do Ihave walking into his store kinds thing. I started to explain that I was going to buy ETS tickets. Before I could get to thepart with the snack, the owner interrupted me to say they don't have ETS tickets and stared at me as if that should be my cue toleave. If you own a business and want to conduct shady stuff with your friends in the building, go ahead it's your store. Butif you leave the door unlocked and the open sign on, you are obliged to serve your customer when they walk in. They are underthe assumption that you are, in fact, a business of some kind. Don't make them feel like they're invading some kind of privatemeeting. That was, hands down, the most bizarre and negative experience I've ever had walking into a convenience store. Iactually go to Southgate Mall for ETS tickets now. It's a shame too because their food is great. But if that's how they run abusiness, they don't deserve a business. Read more
