Great atmosphere and decor for the restaurant. Service was okay nothing to crazy and unfortunately I ordered the salmon which... came overcooked and the sides for it were pickled beets and cucumber... Very odd sides considering the price point and reallybeets for a side is lame considering maybe only half the population enjoy eating beets. I wanted to go for the perogiesconsidering they had many options for them but I couldn't just for the price point of 6. Fun date night options and I believereally good for the gluten free options. What an amazing experience - the ambiance was fantastic, the service was fast, friendly, and attentive, and the food was... absolutely excellent. We tied our dinner to a show downtown, and chose from the three-course ?pre-show? menu and it simplyworked out perfectly. The European influence was so familiar and comforting. We have eaten at both Edmonton locations many times and the food is incredible! Unfortunately, the service we received last... Friday was horrible and for that reason we won?t be returning to the Jasper location to dine in. I want to mention that we havehad excellent service here in the past with the young, tall male server (I forget his name). This time we had a woman who walkedpast our table three times in the span of 25 minutes before acknowledging we were even there. When she finally came to ourtable, she seemed very annoyed and not at all welcoming. We are very disappointed because we really love the food. Read more

Food tasted good, but the portion sizes were smaller then they could be for the price your paying. As per other reviews, the... service is still VERY slow and took a long time to get our food. Had coupons that they forgot to apply to the initial bill butsaid they would cancel that transaction. It ended up not getting canceled and I ended up paying 2 bills for the same dinner.Took about 3 days to get the refund corrected as only the owner could process that and none of the managers. I had a private function of 16 plus people at the restaurant. Everything was amazing, from the first point of contact to the... execution. Sylvester, the owner, was really great at accommodating my small group and also very flexible with my specialrequests. The space, which was a bit secluded from the other guests in the restaurant was just perfect, we were able to enjoyall of our guests at one spot. The food, chef went above and beyond with the presentation as well as taste. My guests wereraving about the pork schnitzels. Amazing food and atmosphere! We were one of the first groups to eat at the new second location of Continental Treat. Billy?s... service was excellent and the food delicious - from the pickle soup, to the butter chicken pierogies (wow!!), to the schnitzel,and gluten free bread, every bite was wonderful. My parents don?t have to eat gluten free but enjoyed it and couldn?t tell itwas gf. For a celiac, it was amazing to be able to order anything on the menu.
