Excellent restaurant with delicious dishes and superb customer service. Definitely a little piece of Europe in Edmonton. I was... visiting from Calgary and decided to check this place for lunch. I wasn't disappointed as the selection of dishes was veryinteresting. I had French Onion soup and quite honestly was the best I had so far. So far I've been here two nights since my visit to Edmonton and I'm impressed each night. Gluten free or not this is the best... prepared food I've had in a very long time. This food is made by people who love what they do. The service is Excellent and theatmosphere perfect. So far I've had the Pork Sniztle and Fungi and Spaetzle both superb. They opened a new downtown location in December and it has the same amazing experience as the whyte ave location. It was the... previously known as the hardware grill and it has the similar rustic- character of that legendary location with the addedextraordinary food, service and hospitality. Absolutely delicious food and great service! The staff went above and beyond with being super accommodating even though we were... late to our reservation. The food was amazing. Everyone seems to rave about the dill pickle soup and I'm glad I ordered it. Alsohad the escargots and I was skeptical about it but it was also excellent! The schnitzel and the perogies were made perfectly.Overall, it was a delightful experience that I'd recommend to anyone looking for a fancy night out. Read more
