Been ordering at the Northside location since 2017 and only today was a disappointing one. Ordered 6 pcs soy garlic, yes the... chicken pieces were bigger but maaaaaan they?re bland. The batter seems so thick too. Ordered another 4 LARGE PCS of sweet andspicy only to come home w a 2oz sauce on the side that can barely cover a piece of chicken. We absolutely love their unforgettable chicken! It was so crispy and juicy and the flavour was great! We quite had a feast since... me and my friend were so hungry before coming here. You would definitely satisfy your chicken cravings here. The staff weresuper friendly and they were quick in getting our orders. Very slow. Like I even ordered online ahead of time. No one came out of chicken to greet the customer until 5 mins later. When I... asked for my pick up order - they only realized they have an online order- so I was stuck waiting for another 15 mins . Read more
The chicken from here is delicious. The down sides are : majority of chicken pieces are drums & wings 9/12 pieces , large fries... is small. It?s comparable to everyone else?s medium at best. And last, they want you to order through their own App which is apain to use. You have to wait for a code to be text to you to finish your order. There is also a user fee. The service from thestore is good. Waiting time is appropriate for fresh chicken. Ample parking. Read more

I love their chicken. Crispy in the outside and very moist in the inside. Chicken has always been my comfort food, and they did... satisfy my craving. Best of all, they serve rice :-) Parking won't be a problem. Maybe it needs work on the interior design ofthe place to make it more appealing and inviting to eat. A personal favourite is the Snow Cheese and Honey Buttered Chicken.Staffs of the restaurant are very accommodating. Two thumbs up. Read more
Ordered the 7 pieces of chicken half and half but only got 6. I have zero respect for restaurants who cheat out their customers... specially a first time customer. Very over priced for 6 pieces of chicken. I paid just less than $33 with delivery fees and avery generous. The chicken didn?t even taste good. I?m extremely disappointed. I love the fried chicken here! At my last visit, the staff took my order quickly and I didn't have to wait long for it to be... ready. This is consistent with previous visits too. The sauce flavours are delicious, I especially like the garlic soy, and thechicken is juicy and tender with a delicious crunchy coating.
