Terrible service. Attendant would rather play on his phone. Bathrooms have no stock and are very unclean.
A store I frequent often. Usually good, but was just treated more poorly than a dog. I will never go back unless the employee is... dealt with. His anger problems will surely lead to some sort of real problems in the future with the wrong people. I urge thestore to look at the footage in the hour before this post. The slurpee counter and pop machine were filthy and sticky, all of the cups had dried pop all over them there were so many... straw wrappers all over the floor, and to top it off, the cashier rung in our stuff wrong and then argued with us about theprice. Just wanted to give a huge shout out to Circle K on 17th Ave. I had lost my wallet, and it was found at their store. One of... their employees came to my home (after finding the address on the driver's license) to inform me that I can pick it up afterhaving my identity verified at their store. Cashiers are not knowledgeable about esso gift cards, was told only gas could be purchased with an esso gift card however it... says right on the back "can be used to purchase just about anything at Esso and Mobil stations - including fuel, car washes,snacks and more" Was able to pay for my fuel with the gift card but had to pay debit for the rest when the card was more thanenough to cover everything. Not the first time this has happened with Cashiers not knowing how to use gift cards or loyaltycards. Read more
One of the best owners of a business that I have met. I go in there about 2 times a week. Always welcomed by him and his wife by... name. Feels like I'm going to see friends when I shop there. There are other stores that are a bit closer but still find myselfdriving to this one. Read more
Incompetent staff. On multiple occasions now I have had to gas up here and was required to pay at the pump. The pumps rarely are... stocked with receipt paper and as usual I have had to go inside the store. If that wasn't inconvenient enough the one person onstaff couldn't produce my receipt. He gave me a different one for a different amount on a different pump. I need my receipts tosubmit for taxes. Then he proceeds to argue with me claiming none of the pumps have issues producing receipts and that hecouldn't help me. This is the second time in a row that I have fueled up around 7 am and had the exact same experience fromthis employee who clearly doesn't understand customer service. I would recommend going to any other gas station who willappreciate you as the customer. I will be doing so even though I live within walking distance of this gong show. Read more
Terrible service. Attendant don't know how to redeem points on my pc optimum card for purchasing gas, even the manager don't... know, he said max $4 only possible, and he tried by still don't know, please do more training about your services. Read more
