Very rude and disrespectful to kids when they come on their own, and don't mind over charging them. DONT SEND YOUR KIDS or... support this location. Shame on you female cashier who tried to scan same item couple times !!! Read more

Really horrible on skip. You are better off ordering from 7-11. They don?t update their in stock items so expect to get multiple... calls from skip saying things are not available. When you finally get your items, especially hot foods, expect it to be old anddry. Ordered taquitos because they didn?t have what I wanted and got called to say they didn?t have a particular flavor. When Idid receive it, it was extremely hard and I could tell it had been sitting for a long time. Read more

Everything I ordered wasn't available. Then I was sent a toquito that is so old dry and disgusting I wouldn't feed it to my dog.... Get good I would never order from this place ever again. Read more

Update Aug 17 2020, this is for the team monitoring and responding to reviews. It is unacceptable just to log in and copy paste... same message that "you passed neggative customers review to local management team" You have been doing it for years!!!! Itsobviouse that what happening in this location is reflection for upper management carelessness... you need to take actions youneed to make sure to improve customer experience. So my daughters and their friends were here today its Heritage day 2020 at 2pm. The 4 kids were treated rude by the lady in this location and she was chasing them to hurry up. I do agree with the otherreviews here this lady dosnt seem to enjoy her work here at all that's from previous experience with the same locationI swing bythis place every now and then...but no thanks not any more. Customer WiFi: yes from subway Washrooms: yes Power outlets: no Pet friendly:... no Parking: free parking lot The product: just popped by for a coffee and it's not too bad. Got a medium dark roast from theself serve but it's definitely not as strong as others I've had The people / service: I actually have had to pop by thislocation on two occasions now both because I have the bladder the size of a peanut haha but both times the cashier was reallynice and friendly about me using their facilities. Tuesday, January 2nd, 2018 @ 2358 hours. I walked in to this Mac's location, noticed the Xyience Energy Drink deal sticker on... the cooler, I think it was 2 for 3 dollars, grabbed 4 of them and went to pay. I had a customer in front of me purchasing someitems, so I'm standing in line waiting a few minutes. When I'm next to be served, I put the 4 Xyience on the counter. Thecashier tells me the deal ended at midnight. I looked at my watch and it was one minute passed midnight. Fair enough. I told thecashier I've been standing in line since before midnight waiting to pay and the signage for the deal is still up on the cooler.He says to me "I was just about to take that down. You're going to have to pay full price. If not, then you don't have to buyit." I was taken aback by how rude the cashier was to me in his tone of voice. I was polite and courteous. So I left the storevery displeased. I still wanted Energy Drinks though, regardless if it was full price, but I didn't want to purchase them fromthis location because of my experience. About 10 minutes later, I arrived at another Mac's store to purchase Energy Drinks. Itold the cashier about my experience at the other Mac's and he told me if the signage is still up at the time it was then thedeal should still be honored and that I should write a complaint. The negative experience I had at this Mac's location is notcommon for me amongst all the Mac's stores I have been. Read more
