Cha Xpress is the only place I go to for dimsum or Chinese food. Any other place, you’re throwing your money away. My family... and I have been coming to Cha for Tea palace & now Cha Xpress for over 20 years. The family who runs this restaurant has becomefamily to US! The server was unfriendly and the meat smelled bad and was tough. I was hungry so I ate, but I don't recommend here.
