Absolutely disgusting and improper food handling. Don?t come here in the evening. Order 2 whoppers with 2 fries and 2 pops. Got... bone cold fries so went straight back into the drive thru and asked for fresh fries. Staff clearly decided to re cook my friesin the oil because this was whole new level of ?fresh pipping hot crunch golden fries?. So now we have contamination and a foodsafe issue. Moving along to the burgers they were cold and the lettuce was soggy and it was disgusting. I literally never review but I'm making a special exception for this lovely burger shop. First of all they literally messed up 3... of our burgers because we asked for a plain burger, one without mustard, and one with cheese (all 3 of these were written on thereceipt as "Plain" "No Mustard" and "add Cheese" respectively.) That's not a big deal as this has happened before. So we driveback (we live 15 minutes away so that was on us for not checking the burgers before we went home) when we get there they getvisibly annoyed that we were asking for them to be corrected. They also said that we messed up when ordering and that we wouldhave to pay for new burgers until we explained we had the receipt proving they actively wrote the special instructions on thereceipt. So they took the old burgers and threw them in the garbage and took 15 minutes to make new burgers for us. We thankedthem and left. But my god we understand people make mistakes and I'm not saying we're not in the wrong for not checking beforeleaving, but there was 0 reason for them to blatantly disrespect us for asking for corrections to be made. I'm more so writingthis hoping the managers and employees can know that the actions they took were hurtful and I hope they can improve theirservice in the future. Read more
Burgers (whoppers) were cold and seem to have lost that flame broiled flavour. Had the buy one get one free strawberry pie and... honestly after looking inside, I passed on eating it. Shame on you Burger King. We went expecting that whopper taste and leftdisappointed! Read more
They usually have good deals/pricing. Foods decent. Their drinks are the literal worst lol. Burger King vs McDonalds coke is so... night and day. If you order a Hershey Pie, always check the bag. They forget it like 40% of the time lol, they will fix it thoso that's good. Read more
By far the worst experience for a Burger King! The food is generally lukewarm at best, the cashiers rush you then get your order... wrong and if you go through the drive thru your told to wait out front even tho there isn?t a single car behind you. it?s somismanaged! Read more
Ordered through drive thru, and it wasn't busy at all but holy the order took 30 minutes (for real) and the car after us got... their food first ???? Only ordered 2 whopper meals and they didn't even made the burger right as I requested to remove thepickles and onions on one of the burgers. The staffs were pretty rude even the manager ???? Burger King is just about the best. The food tastes fresh, portions are great and it's not greasy. My kids do miss that the play... ground here was removed though, but when you need to crush a few whoppers after a trip to home depot it's the place to be. Read more
