DO NOT COME HERE!!! When i tell you this was the worst experience of my life…. we came in as a big table of 12 for my... birthday. we ordered food and was given no cutlery or napkins. we got all the wrong drinks. when it came to bill time we sat for30 minutes before going up and asking about it. they literally couldn’t figure it out to the point where someone from OURTABLE had to sort the bills, and type it into the system!! 45 minutes later my friend made her hourly wage at boston pizza doingthe workers job. they literally still made us pay and while it was a discounted price we shouldn’t have been paying at all.absolutely ridiculous. One of my favourite Boston Pizza locations. It's almost never busy either when I come here with my boyfriend. The last time we... were here, he ordered a large number of appetizers and the waitress gave us an extra large pizza for free. Awesome customerservice. Was a great night. Food was good. I love their Crunchwrap Supreme and their quesadillas. Love the Canadian quality offood. The Grill does not compare to this place. Very happy with my experience. Read more

Quick service . Went on 50% wing nite and stated they would give discount on double order but the bill didn't. Also we had to... ask for veggies and they were not very fresh looking andaskimpy portion. No water refill offered. Wings were very good. Read more

Normally i love this place. i adore the servers and such there. but this food quality is unacceptable. the tacos were... soggy. this is my fav dish there right now. they took out the lettuce and added in coleslaw. the problem with this, is thecoleslaw has too much dressing. nothing was offered to replace it, or what they could do to make it better. only ate one outof the 3 on the plate, as the other 2 were soggy by the time i finished the first one. only good thing on the plate was theyam fries that didn't get soggy from the coleslaw dressing.
