Our experience was great because of Emma (I think that was her name). She was the only one in the lounge handling her tables... very very well. Attentive and knowledgeable and very very sweet. There drinks were good but.. we orderd salt and pepper wings, an order I get at Boston Pizza all the time but these wings were... covered in way to much salt. When I told the server she was nice and said she would take it back. I opted to just peel thewings. I was going to order mael after the wings but lost my appetite with all the salt. Read more
1)It wasn?t very busy tonight but was very slow service. Food tasted very good. But my garlic toast was larger than the chicken... parmigiana on the plate. I?m only a small person and it was literally only 4 1/2 bites to finish the chicken. 2)The other timewe came here all of the 5 adults got their meals but we had to ask where the kids meals were. They were never put through. Theyfinally came out halfway through our being finished. Manager gave us money off of the kids meals to accommodate. 3)Ordered takeout from here and food showed up at a good time. Opened up bags and found the kids had the raw veggies and that was it. Nothingelse of their meals showed up. Phoned in about half the food missing from order and was ask if we still needed the rest or acredit back ? Um yeah there was a reason we ordered food delivery, please deliver the rest. We got the rest later delivered butall was cold. Just received a sorry. Unfortunately these last meals were the 3 strikes needed to not come back here again. Toobad because we use to enjoy it here. Our server was great. It was slow when we got there and we had a table of 7. Every drink we ordered was flat. When we asked them... to remake them the manager on duty brought us flat drinks again. We said there still flat. We got ???????????. Our bill wasalmost 200 and a simple hey sorry your drinks were bad we?re having problems with the club Soda. Nope they told us they checkedand they we?re fine. So apparently I don?t know what a vodka club soda supposed to taste like. Read more
I came here for valentines day and had a good time! My girlfriend and I ordered 2 heart pizzas. The pizzas were extremely tasty... and we had more than enough food for the 2 of us! We got our food very quickly! Due to covid, the resteraunt wasn't as full, butthat was nice because it was much quieter and I could hear our conversation instead of having to yell it over the table just tohear. The servers were nice, but I felt that they didn't check in on us frequently enough, and when they noticed that the waterglass on the table was empty, they didn't offer to refill it but instead simply took it away. Thats the only reason I took off astar. Besides that, I had a fantastic time with my girlfriend and will be back again! Read more
I have been coming to Boston Pizza for many years. I have always enjoyed the experience, the food is good and the service was... friendly and courteous. The restaurant is clean and well lit as was the washroom. Of course the main attraction on the menu isthe pizza, it?s in the name, I can say that it is good. It?s not outstanding and I tend to think it?s somewhat overpriced. It?s a nice place and I will come again and maybe order something other than pizza. For desert I love the panookie. Read more
Service was great, friendly people and caring. Food was moderately quick, and food was decent. We ordered fetticcni, burgers,... and lasagna. The quality was not very good, tasting plain. Restaurant was quite clean, and atmosphere is nice, with separaterooms for family, and 18+ bar. Read more
I'm a very big fan of BPs over the past 20 years. The only pub that I go to for sports and get togethers. I attend Capilano, ... Clareview, Kingsway and Manning. The staff at Manning are not meant to be bartenders. If you want to have a pub then have aproper staff not waitresses that can pour drinks. I feel sorry for the staff because they have to take the blame for the poorservice that the owners have cheaped out on. It will come back on you. The Brewhouse is 50 steps away. Do better! Read more
