I would rate this location ZERO or NEGATIVE 100 if I could. Mainly it's due to the Night Manager (Well Non-Manager), because he... has absolutely ZERO Management Skills or any Customer Service Skills. The Floor Staff are actually excellent and it's too badthat the one time we had an issue with our food... That Manager wannabe had to ruin it. Our Gym and Pool Team normally visitsthis location at least once a week and sometimes more. We are a good sized group and growing that leaves good tips every timeand we bring life to anywhere we go. Absolutely disgusting my delivery was fine it was the quality of food lettuce was rotten on sandwich and had to pick it out and... throw out along with tomatoes and was so greasy had to use a paper towel to try to soak up the grease in order to even pick thesandwich up (it was a grill chicken club nothing deep fried not even french fries involved)...called and spoke with the managerwho literally told me to call skip the dishes..my issue was not with delivery but the quality of product put out by the kitchenand restaurant which is the restaurant's responsibility and absolutely no remorse or even offer to try to make things right buta comment of..."we make good food you got a bad batch" I will never spend money here again...absolutely gross not only the foodbut how the manager treated her customer Read more

My reason for giving 2 stars is that I came in with my wife on my birthday. Showed the lady my ID so she already had my name.... Keep in my my face is covered in tattoos but I'm always in my university clothing. So I ordered my food and while I was waitingI wanted to step outside to smoke. The first time I my whole life someone asked me to let them hold my ID while I waited for myfood. I have been to probably every Boston pizza in the city and this was a first. Another thing is that she checked on me morefrequently then usual and even took my drinks off my table while I went out for a smoke the came back in and did not give usservice until I asked another waitress and said she took my drinks. The nice thing was she did bring me out a birthday brownie.Bit I also tipped her a 20$ bill as I always tip good. But to be blunt and honest that waitress did not deserve a tip. I'm justnot that guy. Today is by far the worst pizza I’ve ever had from Boston Pizza. There is a chemical taste to it that can’t even be hidden... by the sauce as they only put a little bit of sauce on one half of the pizza. The other half is dry af and very cold like it hadbeen in a fridge waiting to be served. The bf ordered spaghetti and meatballs with extra meatballs and paid for the extrameatballs but those didn’t come with the order either I guess. Very disappointed as this was my go to BPs every week but willlook for a new location or new restaurant all together. Read more
Great food and service. I have been a patron of Boston Pizza for many years and have always enjoyed it. Pizza is great, but... tonight I had the Boston Brute with the bolognese sauce and it was tasty and served hot. My parents had the MVB burger and theenjoyed it. The ambiance is very friendly and service was friendly and courteous. Great place to come to with friends andfamily. Read more

My burger came with rnough fries and very delicious. The soup of the day was amazing. Our waiters did agood job and the food came quick! Just the resturant felt chilly. Overall the quality is good!
