Been here about 4 times. Ate twice inside and it was okay. The last two times orders to go. Both times ordered all meat chicken... bites and both times the chicken was undercooked to the point that we could still see RAW chicken in the bites. The first timeit happened I figured no big deal, it happens, but twice in a row is not acceptable. I mean I am no Gordon Ramsey but it’s notthat hard to cook what is basically a chicken nugget…. Also ordered a pizza, which was way over cooked, felt like I was eatingcardboard. Will not be going there again. There is a Boston pizza on 97 st and 167 ave so if you are really craving Boston Pizzaon the north side of Edmonton just go there. Updated Review 09/9/22 I would like to formally update my review from the previous experience to the current one I had this... evening. Firstly I would like to thank BP's for taking the time to read the previous review and have a discussion directly withme about what took place and on how to resolve the problems Tonight me and my gf came back to the establishment and let me tellyou it was night and day difference for experience. Food was cooked, hot, and very tasty. Service was truly on point tonightfor drinks and checking up on the dining experience during our meal. I would also like to personally the supervisor Lynette whonot only helped out the terrible situation before but she was a rock star tonight for the experience. To our surprise Lynetteended up being our server for the evening this go around "top notch service" and top notch food. did lunch take away today, and hands down it was the best office lunch we've had in long, long time. From the chicken wings to... the creamy mushroom and spinach pasta bake, it was 10 out of 10.
