Had a craving for French onion soup & pasta, so we came out. We should have stayed home…. Something is definitely different... about this location, service was slow and we had dirty tables all around. The tables were dirty when we arrived and dirty afterwe left. They only had two servers on and a manager. Sadly to say, the had zero motivation to do anything. The manager walkedpast the tables so many times but did nothing, Shocking!!! Burger & pasta were cold. Pasta tasted ok, Fried were raw. Only partof our meal we enjoyed was the French onion soup. That was hot and tasty! Couldn’t say anything at the time as our server didnot come back after dropping off the food. This used to be a great location, won’t be coming back for a while. Read more
This Boston pizza really has it figured out! The servers are so sweet! I have no idea what that Kim lady is talking about in her... review. Ive had Angie as my server numerous times and she was amazing, one of the best servers I’ve had! Read more
Norie is an amazing waiter! She was so patient with my elderly in-laws and my young daughter. She made a great drink suggestion... to me when I had no idea what I wanted. Quick service and she was so polite and made our experience great. We actually cameover from Swiss Chalet because we were waiting over 15 min and didn't even order drinks. Just ordered with South Common Boston Pizza. Ordered for Capital Jeep off Ellerslie! Great food. Friendly Staff. Our department... loved our order which was out of our normal routine. so cheap with ingredients.. i understand the pandemic & convoy & so on but it’s not like your prices don’t compensate... already.. used to love boston pizza, my whole family did but it’s jus kind of disappointing to see the quality of the foodnow.. Read more
**DELIVERY** Updated ...Been broke lately but decided to order dinner for my family. 17$ for each meal and get like 5 fries... each? The children's Spaghetti was more food than the adult meals AND undercooked...(when an 11 year old complains aboutspaghetti, there's an issue) 5.99 for a muffin size whatever this is with the top beside it? Got the drinks wrong and my son'scookie package was open. Feel ripped off. Could have gotten more at McDonald's for 45$ cheaper. I am so disappointed. My Familyfriends and I been supporting this BPs for years until Covid and to be ripped off this badly I will never return. I have been to other BPs and this one was mediocre. Yes the place was clean and looks like every other BPs. We were a large... group of people and had a section of tables together. Our server never introduced herself but took our orders. We all orderedour meals. I ordered the calamari.. see photo Everyone's dinners looked great and a great portion. My calamari was rubbery andsmall bites. I mean small. No lemon wedge either. Once we all got our food , the server never came by to offer refills or howour food was.
