Above average restaurant food, appys is where its at. Meals are OK. Ever since covid, they got rid of most dishes that were... really good. Service is wonderful, they're great at reading the table and not bugging a bunch! Read more

We have only ate in the lounge but always have good experience. The staff are very friendly and great us when we enter. Food is... fast and drinks are cold. One of our favourite places for drinks and snacks. Read more

I personally loved Boston Pizza for years and enjoyed every meal. However recently, service has become slower and slower. Now... for context, me and my family are a group of 5, yet wait for at least an hour for basic meals. Our second time, we waited morethan an hour to get a server to even ask for drinks(we ended up leaving before someone could ask after realizing, the familythat came after us had received their appetizers already) Now my mother assumed it was racism(which I do not want toautomatically assume) , as the family mentioned bellow was all white and we were a black family, however in either instances, itwas ridiculous. We ended up going to a busier restaurant, and was served our food in the same time span of us waiting forsomeone to ask us drinks here. Highly disappointed in our "non-existent" service. Read more

Came here for dinner to get out of the heat. We ordered a spinach and artichoke dip to share and the dip was so salty that... neither of us could eat it. We sent it back and they refused to take it off of the bill but they gave us 50% off saying thatthey were only willing to discount it because it comes down to personal taste. We still had to pay half price for something webarely even touched because it wasn?t really edible! We were also charged for a drink that we didn?t even get because they wereout of one ingredient for it. They at least reimbursed that. Read more

The Bandera bread was incredibly fresh and hot, the steak sandwich was cooked exactly like I likeit, the pasta was perfectly cooked and baked to perfection and the chicken bites were steaming hot and full of flavor. Finally,the cookie and ice cream dessert was such a fun way to welcome us back into a post-covid dining experience because this cookiewould not have been this warm and gooey with delivery!! Came here for dinner and sat on the lounge side, as the dining room was full. Initially the waitress was good, came over and... took our drink/food orders right away. We barely saw her again for the rest of the meal. The bandera bread we had as anappetizer was oily with very little cheese. I got the honey dill chicken burger as my main and it was equally disappointing. Thechicken breast was soggy and the sauce had very little flavour. When the waitress finally returned, she asked if we'd like morewater to which we said yes. She never came back to refill our glasses. Finally, we just asked for the bill and wanted to use adigital $10 promo card. She stated the promo card had to be printed in order to use, and when I said it did not mention thatanywhere on the card she replied "oh, that sucks" and walked away.
