If there was even ten degrees of pivot in their branding, this place would be on plates across Edmonton in a minute. Hummingbird... chefs put together some damn good (and inventive) flavours together under a well-priced and extensive organic menu. Thefriendlinesses of the in-person service is astounding given their daily hours—how they are the last to leave the kitchens ofEdmonton but seem to do so with a smile, week-in, week-out. The crust is worth noting as incredible, the service is top-notch,and you’re missing out if you haven’t stopped by. More of a 4.5 truly but don't want to remove a star. Crust is ok, soft inside crunchy outside. Order was accurate. Staff were... friendly, and pizza was ready quickly (15mins).
