Ordered a acai bowl that was suppose to be strawberry with granola and banana on top, received green ice soup (literally no... taste and consitency of water) with only granola, got my roomate to try it as well and again 0 taste and literally not evenclose to what i ordered. The lady working nights didnt let me have a bathroom key cause she said someone is in it, but the door is always locked and the... store is never busy and i was a paying customer, P.S nobody was in the bathroom you could see there was no light on inthere. Another time she locked the door an hr before closing time leaving my fiancè and i freezing outside waiting, i evencalled her twice and she saw us waiting, took her 10 minutes to pick up and let us in what makes this bad is that she even seenus calling her from the window and chose to ignore us Read more

Filipino lady working the juice bar was not wearing mask covering nose. Once confronted she pulled it up from the inside with... her hand and refused to wash her hands, as she claimed it was only touching the blender not the drink as she was handing it tosomebody. I can only imagine what other unhygienic health standards this location follows. Something needs to change. Whenconfronted asking to wash hands she had refused and again nose was openly visible as she was not wearing it properly. Will notsupport this location unless this is handled. Read more

My Terminator was perfect, so 3 stars just for that. I subtracted 2, basically for the lack of customer service. The cashier... said the least amount and wasn't very polite doing that. When my drink was ready she plunked it on the counter, said?Terminator?, and walked away. No; ?thank you? or ?have a nice day? just that. I even tipped $2 bucks on a $7 drink. Read more
