Great staff! Always friendly and def know their stuff, I usually require mods and I am never met with destain as I have been at... other locations. This location can get busy at times as it is located on campus but the staff can definitely handle it linealways moves quickly. The food is always turned over at this location and is fresh. Read more
So Ive never had any problems with this location but I bought a reusable cup from them and noticed a crack on it two days later.... When I went to the store to ask about it the worker said that they couldnt replace it and gave the cup back to me (as if i haveuse for a broken cup). I dont know if it came broken or if broke with me. Regardless, they either have a bad system to checkfor defects or the cups aren't durable at all (the cup didnt even fall when with me). The smoothies are nice, but their customerservice and cups arent. Read more
