Delicious and amazing food. Affordable, fast and tasty ( even at full capacity; still pumping out grub). Kids loved it. Had... donors mussels bacon cheeseburger poutine and fried pepperoni. All to die for. Best in Alberta. If you need east coast food ora great atmosphere, come. Soon. Shout out to Sandy, with a Y, an amazing server with great personality. A group of us went to B&G after the Fringe. Service to bring water and take our beverage and food order was prompt and friendly... - the service was the best part of our experience, actually. The people who ordered the fish and chips and the seafood platterseemed pleased with their meal. The other meals were not enjoyed by our party and nobody would reorder those items. Me and my boyfriend had an absolutely amazing experience here! We don’t drink alcohol, but the mocktails were out of this... world and the garlic fingers were absolutely divine. The staff were super helpful and attentive - it was a wonderful atmosphere. Read more
Had a takeaway fish and chips and it was delicious. The batter was light and crispy and the fish well seasoned. The tar tar... sauce tasted house-made. Will go back to try their other dishes. Read more
My husband and I decided to go for a stroll down Whyte and we hit up B&G for a breakfast cocktail. We sat at the bar and Megan... served us. She was friendly and her cocktails were delicious. I love the fact that they have five or six different kinds ofCaesars. Mine had delicious shrimp and pepperoni on it. Absolutely fantastic. We will definitely be back. Read more
Great joint, hard to believe this used to be avenue guitars for years in the past. Food is awesome, had the seafood chowder.... Service is excellent, and selection of wine and spirits is fine. I really like the ambience, not tight at all, and lighting isjust right. I love the 90s music, creates the right atmosphere and brings back times when popular music was good. I plan onreturning. The server was great, food was priced well. Some of the best pub food I've ever had. Took my girlfriend here for her birthday... and we loved it. Will definitely be back! The Halifax vibe was definitely there, a good selection of things on the menu. Read more
An absolute gem on Whyte Ave! Food is phenomenal and they have a great selection of local craft beer. Service from the wait... staff was really good, they’re friendly and easy on the eyes….to say the least. Inside is incredibly clean and has plenty ofgood size TVs. The indoor area has a large door that is kept open on nice days and connects the entire dining room to theoutdoor area. I was really impressed with the atmosphere too. Good crowd for a Wednesday afternoon/evening. If you’re on Whytelooking for good food and drink selection this place is a can’t miss. One of my favorite spots in downtown Edmonton!
