Checked out Best Kebab which specializes in Turkish cuisine. We dropped in on a bumping Saturday evening. Service was slow and... lethargic. - Bread and acili ezme - complimentary. Bread was fresh and the ezme (spicy Turkish salsa) was delicious. - 3-in-1kebab (#2) ($24.95) - my favourite was the beef shish. The chicken kebab was a touch on the dry side. - Half shish half adana(#3) ($21.95) - both meats were excellent. - Mix shawarma (#11) ($19.95) - half chicken/half beef shawarma. Best of bothworlds. - Chicken thigh (#13) ($19.95) - chicken was tender and had a nice char. - Baklava ($6.50) - fresh and not toosweet. Pleasantly surprised by BK. Would return for their liver shish and lamb chop plates. Read more

This is one of those rare cases where the place actually lives up to its name. If Google had 10 stars they would get all 10.... Definitely the best in Edmonton. I thought Shish Schwarma was the best, but this place is a notch above them. You can tell rightaway upon arriving here that you are in for a treat, because their parking lot is packed. Read more

This was my wife and I's first visit to Best Kabab. We have passed by this restaurant many many times over the years and we were... always curious about it. We finally stopped in, and I ordered the mixed shawarma which came with the chicken, beef, fries, rice, salad, hummus, and something else..(white scoop). I enjoyed my meal, but the waitress did not check up on us once. I asked for awater, and was given bottled water without notice. I was expecting a glass of water as there is no charge at the vast majorityof restaurants. I ended up exchanging it to a Pepsi instead. If I knew ahead of time, I would not have ordered a water in thefirst place. But overall, the food was good, and the atmosphere was pleasant. Read more

Walked in at a slow time and ordered the beef pide to go which is basic. The place started to get busy shortly after I ordered... when 6-8 tables filled up. They all got their food ahead of my take out order. Tried to cancel at the 25 minute mark but theykept reassuring me?one table of six got their first and second courses ahead of me. No real excuse given. Read more

Food was amazing! First time I went service was not the best specially when they were busy. But second time it was much better.... I ordered the 3 in 1 and it was absolutely delicious. The name doesn't lie, it most likely is the best kabab I've had inEdmonton. Read more

Great flavours and portions. Service was a little slow but food was good. Got the beef shawarma plate off a recommendation and... it did not disappoint. Beef wasn't dry, and had a bit of fat on it which I loved. The fries and rice that came with it were verygood as well. The hummus could use a little work but overall everything was good. Read more

Elinize sa?l?k! Spot on name! My husband and I got the munchies after putting our twins to bed. We ordered from Best Kabab... (first time!) and now we?re tucking into the most delicious lamb chops, chicken kabab, hummus, fries and rice. Oh, and theirtoum (garlic spread)! ???? Everything is so good. My husband didn?t have to wait long at all for our order and he said servicewas efficient and friendly. This place may not look like much on the outside but it is serving up the tastiest Turkish foodinside. Excited to try their adana, iskender and kunefe next! Read more
