During a summer I spent in Edmonton, I ate here several times and enjoyed it. After so many years, I'm glad it's still there... and the food was just as delicious. The best pupusas we've ever had!! Made fresh, served quickly, piping hot. This place is a must try. Also had tostadas, the... shrimp and horchata. All good but absolutely blown away by the pupusas! Also received great, friendly service. Read more
Nice Latin place... Beautifuly decorated. Good service and great food. EDITED . Went back on March 2022.. And omg... ???? Terrible!... Food is not good anymore... Pupusas with spicy tomatoes sauce? The food is very authentic. You'll love the corn tamales and pupusas. I recommend the pork pupusa while my wife recommends the... bean pupusa. They only lost one star for slow service, running out of cutlery and serving us with plastic cutlery sets. Though,not a big deal. I'm there for the food, which was amazing. I highly recommend trying them for a taste of something differentwith great prices. Read more
Food was good. Service was subpar. It really felt like we were a burden to be there. The server didn't want to really engage us... about the menu and it was our first time there. Ask about the menu and what some of the favorites were and all our waitress saidwas this is the best and pointed to the most expensive item on the menu. It wasn't about the cost, I was looking for someeducation on the menu and the server was completely indifferent. We ordered a virgin margarita for my daughter and I wassurprised to see that Virgin margaritas were the same cost as regular margaritas. When I asked about hot sauces, she justbrought me a bottle at Tabasco even though I saw something that looked like homemade hot sauce on other tables. I went inreally wanting this to be an amazing experience as it was close to downtown but I left Truly disappointed. That being said, theplace was fairly busy and so just could be an isolated experience. Read more
