Absolutely horrible location. If you go through the drive-through, one of two things will happen. Either it'll be packed, and... they'll take 5-7 minutes per vehicle, or the drive-through will be empty and you'll wait at the speaker for 2-3 minutes beforethey acknowledge you (I ended up saying "hello?") before they acknowledged me. I got my food and it was stale and cold, likeit's been sitting out in the open for a couple hours before they served me. They also didn't include the "included" chipotlemayo with my sweet potato fries. Absolute garbage. Read more

This was a first! The coffee was absolutely cold, wanted to drive around the drive thru and give it right back. Very... disappointing! The extra Star is for the chicken habanero burger, this one can actually give a run to A&W's competitors out inthe market. Read more
Food is yumtastic with A&W quality. Location has it's fair share of customer demographic, so if you dont mind going in washroom... to see someone shoot up. Place should have security for safety at times, because even a big guy like me walks past the locationbecause of the traffic under the influence. In the last few months, it seems that since a staff change, there is more seriousfaces and less smiles, so it feels like walking into a place of hard nosed A-in-dubayoos, ready to intimidate you into adding acombo with that( apologies, but it used to feel alot more inviting before the staff change). Happy Burgertime !! Foods great,dining experience is a mixed bag. P.S. I advise against using the frosted mug, because they have had that weird freezer smellthe last 2 times. Read more
Hands down the SLOWEST service ever!!! I stop at this location for coffee because its on my way to work. That's the only reason.... It's a toss up between here or McDonlad's, which usually has a very long line up. I've been here several times and have waited aminimum 10 minutes for a single coffee. One of the last times I went here, there were 2 cars in front of me in the drive thru,which was NOT moving. I decided to back up, park and go inside to order my ONE coffee. Went in ordered, and I literally had torepeat my order 7 times!! I waited 10 minutes for a single coffee and I was the ONLY customer in line! Finally, a manager Iassume came out from the back and asked if I'd been helped. I replied "Yes, 10 minutes ago" He asked if I had placed my orderyet and I replied "Yes, 7 times now". He asked the employees working "Why is the customer waiting so long?!" And then boom, gomy ONE coffee. Going here in the mornings not only takes forever, it constantly makes me late for work, despite leaving myselfplenty of time to get there. No more chances. Worst drivethrough ever. Waited 25 minutes for just 2 cars in front of me. The customer added order twice so they had to make... it right away. They could have asked him to drive back. The people behind also need to be served in timely manner. Read more

The last two times I was there, the ladies working there were very unprofessional to say the least. They were so rude. They were... yelling so loud in whatever language they were yelling in, and both times as an employee was cleaning the tables, she wasputting the chairs back by pushing them (or kicking them) into place and it was so nerve racking. She did it with every chair asI was trying to fill out important paperwork. I don't think I'll be going back to that location again. Read more
