I stopped in to grab a bacon, sausage and egg breakfast sandwich on my way home from working nighshift - had been eating kimchi... all week so was seriously looking for was to this sandwich as a treat/cheat dinner. When I got home I realized they forgot thesausage. Called them and was told to come by the next day and they would fix it. Dealt with a Philippine lady named Cora,amazing service. Not only did they give me a new sandwich, but also two hashbrowns (I offered to pay and she refused, she evenrepeatedly offered me a drink - didn't need any as I was going home to have beers for my day off). This woman should definitelybe promoted to management (or given a job to train all fast food people), if she isn't already, I wish more fast food chains hadsomeone like her as that service was some of the best I've experienced in a long time. What more do you expect from breakfast if you just have good company and good food.
Don't go here if you are in a hurry. Had to wait for 20 minutes for my food and they lost my order until I complained. Usually... love A&W but was not very impressed today. Read more
The staff are always friendly and helpful. The one girl makes a point to try and remember repeat customer's names. So I asked... her what her name is. Great job Roxanne, you add a nice personal touch to the service you provide.???? Read more
Food was okay i don't say excellent. I was order over hard eggs but they served me over easy .Staff need to be educate more... .waiter is yelling on kitchen crew that I can watch from inside restaurant .Please tel your waiter to not shout on kitchen staffand she service my breakfast with serious face that I don't like way of treating the customers. Hands down this is the BEST A&W in the city of Edmonton. The ladies that work at this location are the most hard working bunch... in the YEG Burger game. Everything from fast service to service quality as well as the quality of food everything at this A&W isstellar. All other burger joints should take note. This is how it's done. Bravo Ladies!!! Mmm, A&W, so many childhood memories. Stopped in for a few mama burgers as they're on special right now, and was happy to be... greeted by very friendly and courteous staff. Service was quick, food was delicious hot, and best of all the burgers were wellseasoned (something that seems to be a dying art in burger joints as of late). Place is nice and clean as well. They also havelovely coffee that's custom roasted for them by Van Houtte, and it's a rather tasty blend, one of my favourites from fast foodchains. Read more
I?ve always had communication issues at this drive thru. Even after the person has repeated my order back to me, I?ve had the... wrong items given to me the past two times I?ve visited. And the time before that I was given an especially horrible tastingfrozen root beer. It tasted like ice that had been sitting in the back of the freezer for too long. Read more
