very Poor customer service if I could give zero stars I would.. came and got 2 mama cheese burgers the burger wasn?t cooked... after taking one bite I almost threw up and wasn?t offered anything else but to waste my time going back for new burgers nothank you. and poor customer service too much attitude. Ordered here at Drive-thru today and honesty the customer service was so bad and we were given the order with sweet potato fries... half full which paid $4 each and no sauce was give with that as well as the beyond meat burgers that we asked for well done wasactually not. When we called the store back and asked for a manager there was no manager on site and so the girl that helped usout confirmed that it was her and instead of an apology she argued with my fiancé and told us to drive back half hour in thiscold weather just to get another order and she was super rude and when we asked for her name she did not give it to us. Food was good but it was super, super cold in the dining room! Probably around 15 degrees for some reason. They were cleaning... the bathrooms the whole time I was there and wouldn't let me use it. Staff were talking loudly to each other in anotherlanguage...felt like we were intruding. Not a good experience. Read more
Went to store at 2:00 am ordered 2 mozza for 9.99. I gave a coupon to the girl at drive thru she said it had expired. I have... been told by an A&W employee of 30 + years that they will honor all of their coupons even if expired. This is the third timethey have refused to honor my coupons at this location and charged me full price. I told the girl that even with. a expired dateit is still accepted. She told me no after three attempts to tell her it was valid I left. I get half a hour for my lunch breakso I had to go back to work with no food. I went through the drive-through on my way to work at 7:45 AM on Friday and there was only one staff working the drives through... and the front she was so overwhelmed she was trying so hard to keep up but she absolutely could not keep up. Been here many times we have a family of 9. Tonight full order and my daughter got confused on what sauce she liked at the drive... through, so I parked and ran in quick. Ran int to apologize, ask for two sweet-and-sour sauces, the lady gave me one, she thentried to charge me for the other. Great Coffee! Good Eggers. Yummy Kit Kat things. We like A&W. It's good. Please do not cut up your scrambled eggs into small,... thin strips. I almost choked. Anyone who has swallowing difficulties easily could choke on them and, die. Although sweet of youand, thoughtful...maybe do not do.
