Lady with the gold chains was very nice to my my mother
In the early evening, I pulled up to the drive through and waited a few minutes at the speaker without anyone talking back. I... looked inside and the one employee was sitting down by the counter on his personal phone. He then kept telling me to"wait". After asking when he will be ready, he responds with that the software is being updated, all without lifting his headfrom his cell phone. Pretty frustrating for me and my family in the vehicle. The old lady that works here is always so rude. It?s a shame because the rest of the employees here are all very nice except for... her. When she takes the order you have to go really really slow for her otherwise she will make you repeat your whole order overagain and she just rushes you like doesn?t even want to take the order. I come quite often and have always got bad service fromher. Read more
My friend and I met for a late lunch around 230pm at A&W -12222 137 Ave NW, Edmonton location We ordered and when went to go... sit down we noticed every table was dirty, then we noticed we were stepping on dirty napkins and straws on the floor. The flooritself was dirty and had big chunks of mud all over. The bathroom was very dirty as well. Had I noticed all this filth before weordered we would of went somewhere else. I've never seen a A&W this dirty before....there was lots of staff and only 2 othertables in the place. I used to work in that area years ago and frequented this location because of its cleanliness and goodfood I know.. I won't be back. Read more
I visited at this location today near about 5:15 pm. I ordered one order of onion rings just. I just wait for one minute and... after they give me my order. After taking my order when I open the bag then I see all onion rings are too old and too oily.Also, the onion rings were too small in quantity in bag. They didn?t give me the fresh onion rings. The onion ring are in thehalf of bag. I will never go to this location. Very very bad experience here. Read more
Superb service! They messed up my order through the drive-through, when I got home I called them don't let them know. The... gentleman on the phone was super sympathetic and already knew what my issue was. Offered to compensate their error, upon myreturn the next day the same gentleman was working. Once again in person he was truly sympathetic for the error that hadoccurred. My problem was fully rectified and I am 100% a happy customer! Totally professional in the way of business should bedone.
