Omg what a staff LIZA have some etiquette and respect for customer if they ask you to make it fresh then still you argue and... dont want to make it fresh as i dont want to take the food but she was so rude so i end up leaving from there and i dont knowhow she is keeping her job. Wasted money. We ordered two Mama burgers yesterday around 5:00 p.m. and one uncle burger with the mushroom sauce my son was eating most of... his Burger when he noticed some blue spots in his meat he's like Dad look look so I ran over there and took a look and saiddon't you eat this I recommend do not eat at this A&w or any A&w until further notice till the corporate office can explain tothem the population of what this blue dot is, I do not blame the store but do blame A&w corporate office because it's supposedto be land-based meat when there's obviously something wrong with it not 100% Canadian beef and most likely human meat Read more
Today is 20 sept early morning. I order on drive thru and there were 4 cars infront of me and didn?t move for last 15 mins. So i... went inside to pickup my food. Brown girl working there told me to wait until she serve all cars there even my food was ready onthe table. That?s so stupid of her. Her way of talking was so rude n unprofessional. Would give 0 if I could. Went yesterday evening to order a whistle dog. I asked the lady in the drive thru if they had any... left. I immediately get attitude and a "no we don't!" And I said "oh okay" I was going to just order drinks but she keptignoring me. So I backed out of the drive thru and left. We went to McDonalds across the street for iced coffee instead. Muchbetter service there than A&W! Won't be going to this A&W ever again. Read more
June 30 2022 4:01 AM Ordered foods and drink and had to wait for about half an hour in the drive through. I understand she had... to get the pancakes made but we did mot get any condiments and/or dipping sauce. No butter for the pancake and no maple syrup aswell. I would have to award the tamarack location, as the Worst A&W. The night staff are terrible at their jobs. Everytime I?ve been,... something really big either gets forgotten, made wrong, or just overall sucks. Never fresh. My last time (which was the time ISWORE I?d never go back) they squirted half a bottle of aoli on my lettuce wrapped mozza burger. It was brutal. I drenched astack of napkins trying to salvage it, but I just didn?t feel like eating half of my Caloric intake for the day, in sauce. Andthe worst part was I know the female employee did it on purpose. She was annoyed with me for coming back to have them replacemy previous order they messed up. I had asked for a bun without sesame seeds(allergy), but got home and realized they gave mesesame bun. So I couldn?t even eat it. Called and explained what happened, The lady didn?t even have the courtesy to apologize,but said she would make a note with my name so they could remake it for me next time I was there.
