Go here every few weeks on a burger run. Food is always fresh and service is good.
Went in with my son and brother to have a meal. The lady was so rude, ignored basic questions, told me to wait and just stood... there for a minute, literally just to make me wait, didn't take a order, just stood there, Then proceeded to rush me to orderlike what? I was with my son did I do something wrong? she was training someone so you would think you show the person you'retraining how to treat customers. I'm baffled. Literally rude just to be rude. Clean facility, tasty food that was prepared very quickly. Polite staff. What more can you ask for?
Ordered 2 breakfast and was asked to park around the corner, took a while for the food to come out, staff did their job... professionally but didn't look happy in their work, food was fine although the coupon said we would have 2 link sausages but wegot a pattie sausage which wasn't to my personal taste, I can't see us returning to this particular store. I would havepreferred to give 2.5 stars as 2 seems a little low and 3 too high, 2.5 is average and that is what I think this store deserves. Read more

This location is open until 10 pm for dine in. We arrived just after 9 pm. The chairs were on top of all of the tables, except... for TWO tables in the middle. I could understand this might be the case at 9:55, but this was an almost full hour before theposted closing time! I would give A&W ZERO stars for creating an inviting atmosphere! This is completely unacceptable. Whowants to sit and eat in an atmosphere where you're made to feel like an imposition?! We just turned around and walked out. Read more
Good service, with courteous and friendly staff. Pricing is somewhat high compared to other fast food joints, and their menu is... done up in a way that seems deliberately confusing about combo pricing since the info on such isn't a consolidated price likealmost everywhere else but it's visible two screens over as add on pricing. Additionally, it is saddening to see processedcheddar cheese on a $2.99 burger (the '56 Buddy Burger), especially with all the marketing about having wholesome ingredientsand none of this none of that marketing angles. Beyond that, burgers were quite tasty, with fluffy buns, but such adisappointment to have a lower quality cheese instead of a proper slice of cheddar on a $3 burger. Thankfully their otherproducts like the '56 Papa do not have this shortcoming. Also, so nice that when you dine in, you get a frosted mug that yourdrink is poured into! Read more
Horrible staff and was given the wrong meals. I would recommend heading to the nearest a&w.... Not this one.
