Horrible how every time I come here they take your payment and then tell you to park on the side of the building and wait even... when no one else is in the drivethru. Wait time is always10 plus minutes for a basic burger. So this time I asked and they saidcause they have a vehicle timer and it resets when you leave the drive thru. Like quit trying to get your vehicle times down soyou can get a bonus and try actually doing your job and serving your customers in a timely manner instead of throwing them offto the side. Gave this place more than a few chances on both skipuber and in person. Only 4 times in 2 years did they get my order right, the... first try. It takes between 15-25 minutes to get your food most of the time (in person) and the staff are incredibly rude. Read more
I stopped in to get supper for the family & arrived at home with a burger missing. I ordered 3 burgers in total, no combos or... drinks. 3 burgers. 2 Double mozzas and 1 chicken sandwich. How do you miss an entire burger? If your thought is to check thebag, some days you just want want you paid for so you can go home after a long busy day. The whole point of a drive thru isconvenience. So far I've been missing items every 4th or 5th visit over a 6 month period. It's a little surprising consideringhow insane the pricing is on fast food in general. I'm not sure why this phenomenon of items missing from orders continues toget worse, but I hope it doesn't. Nothing but problems at this location. Don?t listen to you when you order, constantly wrong. Takes forever. Gives you the wrong... order and charges you incorrectly. Do not recommend.. Read more
Waited almost 10 mins before getting my order taken in the drive threw and got my order wrong after checking the bag than waited... another 8 mins for the proper order this is not the 1st time either get ur stuff together its a joke Read more
Kinda disappointed in the fact this isnt a full A&W. The food was good but i couldnt order certain menu items due to this... location being smaller. I wish there was a way to know which A&W offers the full vs restricted menu. Read more
10 minute to be acknowledged at the drive through window. And over 20 minutes from the time I ordered until I got my food.... McDonald?s drive through next door rotated 4 times before I got my food. Never stopping here again that?s for sure. Read more
