Reviews for A Yah Mi Deh Jamaican Restaurant in Edmonton, AB
I honestly come to this place when I need to get my Hot Beef Jamaican Patty fix. I honestly can\'t get enough of them. The... pastry is so tender and flaky, and the beef filling is just so perfectly spicy and flavourful. Not to mention all their foodsare amazing too. I\'ve had a lot off thier menu over the years, and somehow forgot to say a few words here. Also love the staff, they are great to chat with as well! Read more
Love it love it, must have it. I am so happy that they have changed the rice and pea from that of the past. The food is a lot... which is great as l can have left overs. Try the ox tail and jerk chicken. Great people. Well its the best by far since there isno Island Grill. Read more

The food was good but the lady that served me was extremely rude. First time here and she made me feel like an inconvenience for... asking about the menu. The eye roll I could have done without as well. Needless to say I won\'t be back. Read more

Authentic Jamaican food; really tasty. They\'re good with the portions too.\n\nTip: check your food before leaving the... restaurant if it\'s a pick-up or in-person takeout order. We\'ve had a mix up before on a takeout order, but it wasn\'t a bigdeal. Food was still delicious ???????? Read more
Tried this spot for the first time yesterday. The oxtail was tender and plenty of meat. Jerk chicken was nice and juicy, nice... spice as well. The mild and spicy beef patties were the stars of the show for me, and they reheat well! Nice plantain anddumplins too. Wish they had curried goat. The rice and peas was abit overcooked or something but Overall a great restaurant, reminds me of my local jamican spot back in the UK. Read more
