Refused to re fresh the old avacado spread ... literally says FRESH on the window. I've worked in food for 15 + years. You don't... say no . Then add it's just been open since yesterday..... Obviously without a lid. That's why it's not popular in yourlocation. Read more

The employee was very friendly and I'm sure the restaurant is just like most of the other Subways. Just giving it a 3-star... because it doesn't carry gluten-free bread. I stopped at a lot of subways over the last month and all of the others had it. Notsure why a Subway in Edmonds wouldn't carry it. Read more

I was very disappointed with my experience at this Subway. I only work a few minutes away so I like to go here. Unfortunately,... the new manager is not nice at all and quite frankly doesn't even try to be nice. The bread was raw, they were out of the chipsmy 'co-workers wanted, the oven for the fresh melt was broken and I was not told until I asked why it was being toasted, the icemachine was was broken - which I thought no problem I can get ice at work - which I did- however the soda was FLAT! Needless tosay, I will drive 10 minutes up the road from now on when we want Subway. And I must add that one of my co-workers that went tothis Subway every single day for lunch now goes elsewhere because she has had multiple experiences like this. Very Sad. Read more

Location is great, but sub-par experience. This subway is more expensive than any neighboring subways. They scrimp on the... ingredients, which is frusterating when you have to spend 10$ on a sandwhich that is suppose to fill you up. They also neverparticipate in any deals. I've attempted this place 3 times over a year, and each time it has failed to meet any standard Subwayexpecations (which is a relatively low bar). Read more

They do not accept coupons of any kind. I wonder if this is okay with corporate policy. I understand this is a franchise, but... I imagine the company spends heavily on promotions. Read more

Ordered from the app which I think was the number one thing I did wrong? Put that we wanted our sandwiches toasted (yes it makes... a huge taste difference) and extra sauce on one of them (Also huge taste difference). Got home and opened them up to see thatthe sandwiches were falling apart, they weren?t toasted and there was a little bit of sauce drizzled in one spot on both ofthem. Normally wouldn?t care to post something like this but we were super bummed to spend $20 on sandwiches that weren?t whatwe were expecting and that didn?t taste good. Hope they can get the app figured out on their end or not allow you to order fromthe app for their store. Read more

One guy working. Huge fail!!! He has to make them all and cash people out. I?ve been waiting 20 mins already. Avoid this one.
