One of the worst Papa Murphy's I've ever been to poor customer service. They also had no cookie dough out or no cheese bread... ready yes. I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO this papa Murphy?s On 9/14/2021 at 8:30 I walked in and ordered a pizza and asked if I could get a... salad and breadsticks Deanna stated that they don?t have any. Judging at how the inside look, the store looked like it was aboutto close when there is 30 minutes left to say open. Which is illogically incorrect when working in any type of industry wherethere is product to be sold it sells until the store closes. I wish I could give zero stars. My family loves pizza, and every Tuesday is pizza night for us, which means Papa Murphy's. I go... out of my way 15 mins to go to a different location just to avoid this one. After calling in an order on our way back from afamily wake/viewing, the cashier/"team member" was extremely rude to me, I had mentioned that I was not going to come back tothat location, her manager had told her to give me a discount for the hassle but she didn't know how to apply it, so instead ofasking for help she said in a very snotty voice "what? You not coming back to Papa Murphy's anyway right? It doesn't matter." Iwas so incredibly offended. We were the only people in the entire place And the order took over 20 minutes to make. The employees had no interest in... interacting or being friendly with us or the other customers that came in. When other employees came into their shift the onemaking our pizza literally stopped working on our pizza to go in back and talk to them. Read more

3rd time in a row my order was wrong. Ordered a chicago stuffed, no sausage, lite onion, add spinach(which I paid for) got a... pizza with saus, extra red onion and no spinach. I checked my pick up receipt, before leaving, which apparently doesn't matter.Picked up at 745pm called at 750. Kindly told her my issue's with the pizza. She said they have new ppl working and i can pickup the CORRECT pizza and a free side...tomorrow. I said thank you but I don't want a free pizza or side tomorrow, I just wantedthe correct pizza tonight. I live less than 2 mins away, can I come back and get the pizza I ordered and paid for?? I usually get whatever special they have. I like the NY style pizza I got today. Full of flavor, easy to bake. Maybe could of... had alittle more sauce but the sausage was great, so was the pepperoni. Great price. Read more

Been going here lots as we love their pizzas. Personally, I like the freshness of the salads. Extremely friendly staff... including Manager, I think her name is Michelle, who always has a smile. Things usually go very fast with service while I wait,and the place is always spotless. It's become our favorite Saturday night meal or on those weeknights after a long day at work. Read more
