Not enough staff to fill orders and man the register. Set aside 20 minutes to go in there, and that's if the To go orders don't... take all the entrees. Used yo be worth going. Not at all anymore. $9.70 for a 2 entree meal. Read more
They where so busy hard working when I went in and I was accidentally given the wrong order. I went back just couple minutes... before they closed and the worker Shawn, made it his duty to make sure I was fully taken care of. I see why they are always busyand have returning customers!!! Read more
I don?t usually like to complain, and if it?s a one time thing I understand mistakes happen. I go to this location on my lunch... break due to convenience, I have had to wait for food to be done almost everyday I go there despite being there 30 minutesafter they open. This wouldn?t be a problem except for the fact that twice I waited on food to be done and they handed my foodto me just to find out once I get back to work half my order is missing. So after waiting 10-15 mins on my 30 min lunch breakafter being told by the employee that?s it?s only be 4-6 mins and then getting the order wrong is ridiculous. I will never beback to this location which is disappointing due to the fact I like Panda Express and it?s convenient from my work. Again one ortwo mistakes is understandable, but for it to continue is problem. I?d like to point out that the obviously newer employees weremuch more honest with wait times and respectful. Read more
Will let you stand there for 10min while they scoop up Togo orders for drivers who haven't arrived yet and then tell you it's... going to be 10min wait for all entrees. Awesome business practice. 3 people in line left while having to wait. Read more
