The manager here is terrible. She is an older woman, short black hair with highlights, non white. She is Rude, yells at her... employees for no reason, and argues when you try to tell her they forgot food. I went inside to explain I was missing a Big Macmeal, brought the receipt and the bag I was given, and was still scrutinized for it. The drive thru always has trash everywhere,we are always missing food, the fries taste like they were from the day before, buns taste stale and of course dealing with her.There are plenty of other McDonalds we can go to besides this one. Placed an order for breakfast in the app. The app said they had the limited breakfast menu after 10:30 so i ordered off... that. Get to the drive thru and was told that they didn?t have breakfast items anymore. I asked for a refund, they said I hadto call corporate for that. I asked why since the other McDonald?s in the area have done this, they claimed because it was adifferent franchise. I asked why didn?t they pull the items off the online menu which they have access to do, they said theycouldn?t. So I asked if I could at least get a Big Mac meal instead and the man said sure, I then let him know that they dohave access to taking down the items because the Lynnwood store staff told me they did a few weeks ago. The man got prettysnotty with me with his response, so I told him I thought he was being kinda rude at this point. He then said goodbye andrefused to honor the Big Mac order. Honestly, terrible customer service. My issue was fair and valid and to just cut off themic and ignore their customer is extremely rude. Read more
Food was nice and hot and order was prepared very quickly but I ordered ahead on the app and on 2 of the burgers I requested... meat cheese and extra pickles only yet they were SMOTHERED in onions and had zero pickles. I tried to use the bun to wipe offthe onions but pic included shows how much more is still there. Disappointed to say the least Read more
Paid theridiculously high price for a soft serve ice cream cones and not once but twice the cones were made ridiculously small,... I mean comically small, the only reason I didn't complain is because I was using rewards points to buy them and didn't spendcash to buy anything else. Makes me kind of wonder if they treat a purchase with nothing but points as inferior or less than? Read more
Went through the drive thru and they put everything on my burger when I asked for ketchup only. Drove back around to get it... replaced and confronted with a 17 year old employee (he felt it was important for me to know this and told me). He startedlaughing at my frustration of having to replace the item and proceeded to tell me " I am not sure why you are even telling me,it is not like I even cooked it or bagged it". Called for his manager. She told me "what else do you even want, he said hewould give you a new burger". No apologies and only more frustration as the young employee thought it would be funny to hand memy replacement while laughing and sarcastically saying I can check it before I leave this time. Terrible service. Clear in thereviews that they hire anyone here and will keep them no matter what is complained about as they seem to think their customersare "all wrong and they are doing great" Read more
Now i know not to expect much when it comes to mcdonald's. But like you cant even read ? You are just on auto pilot and don't... actually see what comes on the order screen ya just skim over it. You know, i was really opposed to the idea of robotreplacements because it would hurt the worker. Ya know what. Idgaf now, no one gives an ounce of caring anymore about there joband hay maybe my orders would quit getting messed up. Read more
This is the 5th time they forgot the sweet and sour sauce and my daughter didn?t get all her chicken nuggets. And their customer... service sucks. I tried to call and the lady acted like she couldn?t hear me and then hung up. Get it together Read more
This location is the closest to where I live so I am a kinda regular customer... Lol my son was at one time "addicted" the 6... piece McNuggets happy meal ???? So much so that my husband started calling him"chicken nugget"! That was 5yrs ago and he has hadhis fill of Chicken nuggets and now would prefer a hamburger but unfortunately he cannot shake the nickname ???? it has beenshortened to just "nugget" now but I have to say McDonald's has made some positive, happy and long lasting memories for ourfamily ????????????
