This is a second time I ordered food from this restaurant. This time I ordered Steamed Chicken Leg with Scallion sauce Bento... and Shrimp Stir fried Noodles with Satay sauce. I like both dishes I ordered. I definitely will explore other dishes in thefuture. I'll give four stars for now. I'll come back and update my review in the future. Read more

Purely Chinese/Taiwanese food. Pretty ok. Food and service is not the best but better than OK. Parking maybe an issue when in... rush hour. Overall I would say 4.5. Read more

I have to admit, this is one of the best Taiwanese restaurants I've been to I. A while, especially due to the relatively low... cost and large tasty portions. The menu is pretty much based on classic items, meat and rice plates, noodles and mini hot pot ifwanted. Because they're sharing the space with Yi Fang, they also have a variety of drinks. Read more

Ordered sizzling chicken platter(black pepper), fried pork chops, stinky tofu hot py, and bitter melon stir fry. Its good but... the stinky hot pot was very disappointing, you can do better pretty much anywhere else. Black pepper chicken was memorable. There are a lot of restaurants at this level (low 4 star or high 3 star level) so most of the time the decision to come here isdue to needing to shop nearby, proximity, convenience, etc. And not due to taste. A good hangout spot. Good variety of tea and drinks; food was always tasty with a decent portion. Our favorites are the spicy... hotpot and the popcorn chicken. The popcorn chicken was very crispy and well seasoned, juicy pieces of meat. The spicy hotpotcomes with six slices of beef, cubes of duck blood cake, fish balls, crab sticks, tofu and mushrooms. The dipping sauces servedwith it were exceptionally yummy. Taiwanese dishes like water spinach with lamb are very authentic as well. It is a bit priceybut acceptable with the quality of food. The fried stinky tofu was awesome!! It tastes exactly like stinky tofu from night market in Taiwan. The boba tea was fantastic... too. It was so pleasing to have Taiwanese food and drink in one place. Recommend this store to all the taiwanese and whoeverlove Taiwanese food. Chicken rice (actually more like a chicken and minced pork rice) was too sweat so we did not finish it. Read more

Did a Costco run and decided that I was craving Taiwanese food and found this place! The perfect combo of my favorite tea house:... Yifang and yummy Taiwanese food. I wanted to order everything on the menu but decided to order the ???? which is spicy duckblood and intestine pot (if you like bold, spicy flavorful dishes? that go well with steamed rice? this is it) i grew up eatingthis dish and loved it here! Very authentic. Also ordered the watercress sautéed with garlic so good, the king oyster mushroomfried with egg yolk (haven?t had this dish in a long time- really yummy?) and of course something on the menu caught my eye? theoyster pancake, quintessential Taiwanese night market food. Will definitely come back for more Taiwanese goodies? and oh ofcourse can?t leave without grabbing tea from yifang? got the grapefruit lemon green tea with aiyu jelly. My favorite. Read more

Super yummy Taiwanese food~~ Been missing Taipei food and this really hit the spot - authentic and delicious, and now there's an... YiFang Tea shop inside too for all your boba and fruit tea needs, including tea blends from where my grandparents come from inTaiwan ???? The water spinach stir fried with lamb was exceptionally good- so nostalgic of small street vendor foods. Also theserving size for an order of white rice is very big, definitely larger than most Asian restaurant portions! The fried pork chopbento was just like the standard Taiwan lunch boxes, and very filling. The duck blood and intestine spicy stew was yummy too,and the oyster pancake was just perfectly crispy on the edges with the perfect amount of sauce and juicy oysters. Staff werealso so friendly and gave us good recommendations and checked up on us. Definitely a great Taiwanese spot :) Read more
