I deleted my previous review from over a year ago just to update! Gloria is AMAZING! The crew she works with is incredible. The... food is so fresh, the area is clean, people get their order so quickly and the whole staff is so sweet, accommodating, andfriendly. My husband and I are now making sure that we come in on days that Gloria & her crew are here. They all deserve raisesfor sure! This has now become our favorite location. Read more

I love ezelles so much and I use to be a frequent customer of one down on Wallingford in Seattle, WA. I decided to start cutting... my time and giving business to this one (closer to my house). Never have had any complaints but lately I?ve been going there acouple days in a row around 8 - 9 and the chicken has just been lacking that special flavor. It?s been due to the chicken beingso dry. When I say dry I just mean real dry that I haven?t even really been wanting to eat it after seeing it. I also alwaysorder the half pound chicken tender Original and they haven?t been quite like half pounds lately. After already being crackedup dry and tiny it?s only been about 2 more pieces in comparison to the 3 piece which you are paying less for. I have to sayI?m a bit disappointed and will be giving my business elsewhere. Read more
I keep hoping for better. The actual fried chicken is good but not great. The side dishes lack balanced flavor. The mashed... potatoes taste like they are instant. The baked beans have too much acid in them so a bit more brown sugar could help. The rollsI don?t eat anymore. I actually ask to have them left out or just skip over them. It?s the idea of hot fresh fried chicken froma local company is why I continue to give this and other locations my support. The crews working at all of these locations workhard so I tip them accordingly. The recipes are out of their hands, but hopefully the higher ups continue fine tuning therecipes. Read more
I have stopped here a couple of times. Each time I have picked up the original recipe. Including this time, which was about a... half hour ago. The chicken is under seasoned. It needs salt. The fry is very blonde and the chicken is rubbery. I don't know howyou do that. You get two stars because your rolls are the best and the potato salad is OK. Mac&Cheese is a touch bland, but tasty. Chicken tenders, real mashed potatoes and peach cobbler are excellent. TOTALLY tasty... southern comfort food. Read more
