I ordered chicken Alfredo pasta and they, in addition to taking a while, the food arrived cold and the order was not what I had... ordered. I called to make a complaint the store manager put the phone on hold for 30 minutes and then didn't pick up. Theservice is very bad, I do not recommend this pizzeria! Read more

My food started being delivered about an hour after I placed the order, it arrived old and cold. This was the same experience... I've had the other two times I've ordered from this location. I was dumb enough to give them a third try... they wont evenrefund you. all they will offer you is some points for a "free" pizza that, after delivery chargers and taxes, will still costyou about 70% of a normal order. How are you all still in business? Cold food? my pizza was ?quality checked? (pizza wasn?t even cut through and one slice was... just a giant burnt bubble, nice job Shawntae) at 8:11 pm and sat there for 30 mins. Shawn began delivering my pizza at 8:45 pmbut decided that stopping by the weed shop first was wayyyy more a priority than bringing me my order. I was on my way down tomy car to go remind him he still had my pizza when he showed up at 9:05 pm (estimated time for driver to arrive was 4 mins,we?re next to Swedish). When I told him I was actually just on my way to the weed shop to grab my pizza from him he replied?We?re you really?? Huh.? No apologies, no sorry for the delay. This is now the 4th time you guys have ruined dinner for us.I?ve been avoiding ordering from this location specifically because of how bad EVERY experience has been her. I get it? it?s apizza job. But like, maybe y?all should consider different paths in life because this isn?t the one for you. Read more

We will not order from this location again. The guy taking our order was unapologetically unaware of the manager?s special that... was popular online as well as written and posted right there on their chalkboard. He was put upon to take our order. Andmuttered so it was hard to hear him. I saw him do that to the next 4 groups of people placing orders as well. He told us ourorder would be out in about 10 minutes but it was more like 45 while we stood there and waited. I checked on our order 2 timesand each time he acted like we hadn?t ordered although we were standing there the whole time. And be warned- there are no pricesposted. Know your pricing and ?coupons ? before you go in. The website or the app will help. Not this guy. When he finallylocated our pizzas after checking on them the second time, I looked and our 3 topping pizza only had 2 scant toppings and notthe main most important topping. The guy said oh yeah we ran out of that. No apologies- nothing. I said I was standing here thewhole time. If I had known I would have chosen another topping no problem. No response. He shrugged. He acted like he was doingme a favor. I really needed to get out of there and my kiddo was hungry or I would have demanded a refund.. Very frustrating anddisappointing for a subpar pizza. Not worth the pickup time and effort or the cost. Be warned. Maybe this location should trainpeople better? Hire more staff? Pay them better so they attract better staff? Take you pizza dollars some where else. Read more

I live 2 minutes away from this location, and somehow, most times when i order, it always seems to take an hour+ for it to get... here. They also always seem to take the order that is miles away first before delivering ours when making multiple deliveries.Again, our home is about .1 miles away from their location. Doesn't make sense, fix your delivery system, our pizza alwaysarrives cold!!! Read more

Ordered delivery over an hour ago. Live about 20 seconds away from the store. it was cold when it arrived. So confusing. Why... deliver miles away first when I?m 0.1 miles away? Had to microwave it to warm it up. Read more

The person who took my order was VERY friendly, they took the time to double and even triple check my address and my order. They... told me it would be about 20-30 minutes. Well, over an hour passes by so I decide to call and ask about my order. I was supposedto get text updates but I didn't receive one like I usually do. Now, the person who answered me was the one I had a problemwith. I told them I had waited for over an hour, with no text updates and I was just wondering what happened. I wasn't angry oranything, I was mostly worried my order had gotten lost or something. Or that the person delivering had a hard time getting herebecause of the snow. The person that answered me immediately off the bat starting ranting at me. They told me they only had 2people doing deliveries and there were more than 30 deliveries that needed to be done. That it would take 2 HOURS to get myorder delivered. I am a very understanding person when it comes to a business being understaffed, because I have been in thatposition before and it is frustrating. But the fact that they took their frustration onto me, and acted like I was SUPPOSED toKNOW that they were understaffed was super unprofessional. Now I have to wait another hour for my pizza. A simple "we are sorryit's taking so long, we are understaffed, but your pizza is on the way" would have been enough. Update: I got my pizza afterover 2 hours, it was warm, almost cold and the person delivering it was also a bit rude. Very disappointed in today's events. Read more
