I ordered my breakfast at around 10:15am off of the app and then had an emergency to attend to so I wasn?t able to make it until... almost 11am. I pulled up to the drive thru and gave them my order number fully expecting them to not be able to complete myorder and then they did! This is the worst location. I hate that it's the closest one around. The food is usually cold. I speak clear and not too fast... but they usually mess something up on the order. This last visit I wanted to sub out onion rings for fries and they simplydidn't do it. It wasn't even on the receipt. I let them know and patiently waited while they corrected it. They took my receiptand looked at it for a long time like I didn't order it that way. I wasn't rude or yell, I just want what I ordered. Definitely check your order before leaving the drive thru or you won?t get everything. Also, the chicken nuggets and fries... tasted extremely stale, like they were deep frying expired product. I don?t have high expectations for BK, but it was grossenough for me to leave a review. Read more
I don't know how they do it, but when every other fast food place has mega long, super slow lines, this BK is amazing! I was... trying to write this review while in the line and couldn't because it kept moving. I've been there many times as it's close tomy work. I've never had an issue with my food and they've always been friendly. My wife does delivery driving and she'simpressed with them as well. I don't know what they're doing better than everyone else but I hope they keep doing it! The BKapp is also pretty good. The deals they have on there are compelling and the rewards points they use are pretty good, just forwhat it's worth. Read more

Easy, fast, cheap. They honor those coupons from the mail. Sometimes they'll want the actual coupon, other times just the number... on them. Check that all your items are in the bags. They missed 2 side items of mine (probably gave them to the next person indrive-thru lol) so had to line up again in the car queue to claim them. No condiments given unless you ask for them. Quickest drive thru whenever there is a line. Always fast and efficient and my order is always correct.
