I ordered my breakfast at around 10:15am off of the app and then had an emergency to attend to so I wasn?t able to make it until... almost 11am. I pulled up to the drive thru and gave them my order number fully expecting them to not be able to complete myorder and then they did! They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I ordered even though breakfast hours wereclearly over. You guys are the best! Read more
This is the worst location. I hate that it's the closest one around. The food is usually cold. I speak clear and not too fast... but they usually mess something up on the order. This last visit I wanted to sub out onion rings for fries and they simplydidn't do it. It wasn't even on the receipt. I let them know and patiently waited while they corrected it. They took my receiptand looked at it for a long time like I didn't order it that way. I wasn't rude or yell, I just want what I ordered. Definitely check your order before leaving the drive thru or you won?t get everything. Also, the chicken nuggets and fries... tasted extremely stale, like they were deep frying expired product. I don?t have high expectations for BK, but it was grossenough for me to leave a review. Read more
