There were 3 of us who ordered and by the time we got our food home everything tasted terrible. My husband's nachos were... completely soggy because we had to wait about 20 mins for our food. My quesadilla was not cut and the chicken was cold. Myroommates chicken was cold as well. The only thing that was edible were the tacos oh and our drinks...lol. Some of the employeeswere just standing around. Not a great first impression. That was our first and last time there. Should have went to taco belllike we had originally planned but we thought they would be good since there drive thru line is always so long. The food is always good but this time the employees where the worst I have ever seen. They would not take my order untill after... I was at the drive through for 15 min. Then after the rude employee. Took my order. I told him I had a coupon for $5 off of $15.He said okay then tryed to over charge me. I called him out on it and he told me why so I did some fast math asked him to add tomore part tacos. Then he argued with me about it. Then forgot to ask if I needed any salsa or onions. So I had to sit thereuntil he open the window again then he throws the wrong salsa in the bag and says there you go. Being rude to customers you tryto over charge is no way to stay in business. I got the Big Freaking Burrito, got it home and it looked like pig slop. It looked like they used 2 different kinds of... cheese?????????????????????? I ended up throwing it in the trash! The credit card machine went down and we were in line, the transaction didn't go through for the customer ahead of us. The... manager has anger issues, he came into the lobby and tried to fix the chip reader. When things didn't work out with the cardreader, he started banging his hands on the counter loudly and was very stressed out at the whole situation. Due to his actions3 customers who were ahead of us left the store immediately without purchasing. He walked back in the kitchen, loudly yellingand stressing out. Not safe.
