Taco Bell in Edmond, first time to stop at this one. Fast service, my Tacos and Burritos were good. My Tacos were Alittle... greasy but they still hit the spot. I would recommend for fast food. Read more
Double check your order before you leave. This location is awful about keeping your food. Other than that, good... location. Edit: Just awful. And they tend to keep receipts which makes it harder to submit complaints for these issues. Istill blame coorporate's obsession on drive through times, but I had to take away another star after last night. Read more
Disappointing mobile experience. Ordered BIG mobile order several items missing including a dozen cinnabon's told they also ran... out of items and no refunds because it was mobile order. Staff were slow and offensive. Read more
Went to get drive through the other day, and it was a long wait. Turns out it was just the manager and one newer employee... working; everyone else had called out on them. For having just two people, they were still working hard and their attitudeswere good. As tough as it's getting to get and keep employees, you have to recognize people working in tough situations.
