This taco bell is the worst one and needs a total overhaul. Constantly puts wrong items or shorts items from orders. They... randomly close their lobby without warning but don't change any online orders that are supposed to be for inside. ordered quite a few items from this place quite a few times. every time, they are astonishingly slow. One time I ordered on... mobile and when I arrived at the restaurant; they proceeded to tell me that they never got my order and therefore couldn?t makeit. The worst part was I could see them clearing it off and marking it as ?being made? and ?finished? on my app. I ended uphaving to drive all the way to another location just to have my food made. I never got my refund for the supposedly missingorder, they gave me a corporate help hotline, only to find that it was closed. Read more

I dont normally leave reviews, but I feel like I should for this place. It seems they keep letting good workers go and hiring... new ones that aren't as good. Their food quality has gone down hill since I last worked there in July. Every taco I've gottenpreviously, the meat is so greasy that the taco literally falls apart. They really need to drain the grease before putting it inthe meat pan. This last order I got today was unimpressive. The Mexican pizza was not cut and my soft taco was folded like aburrito. The tortilla was also not heated up. I feel like whoever was running the like at 6 pm today needs some more training.The woman at the register was really nice, she was a dark skinned girl with dreads. She deserves some credit! The cashier at the window was very nice and friendly. I'm not sure what her name was, but she had dark skin and dreads. The food... this visit, however, was not very impressive. I'm disappointed. Whoever was running the line at 6 pm today needs some moretraining. Read more

Everytime I place an order at this location they are either out of beef or their equipment is not working. Tonight they told me... their fryer was down and they couldn't replace my chalupa for a gordita. It wasn't rocket science and could have been an easyfix but employees were not trying to accommodate in any way. Read more

When we pulled up to this taco bell there were two cars in front of us. We got to the speaker rather quickly. With one car in... front of us we we're asked to wait. They give the car in front of us food and the car leaves. After sitting there for tenminutes my husband asks if they were there. The response was ya you need to hold on. My husband says something in response andshe says you need to give me a minute. We have two calls on hold and 13 orders. Why should any of that effect my order? Afteranother ten mins we order, but the total is really high. We asked the girl to repeat the order 5 times and her response was totell us they raised their prices. If the prices really are as high as what we were charged I wont go back. My husband said ijustwant to go i'll pay it. We wait 8 minutes then a different chick comes up amd says what did you order. We got all mixed up.So we give back the receipt. She says oh ya it's almost done. We wait another 5 mins and the first chick tells us theres nonacho cheese. We had a nacho bell grande. My husband asks me what to do. While we are discussing it The chick repeats we canmake it with everything else just no nacho cheese so much that i say its not nachos without nacho cheese! She was talking overmy husband. I tell them to switch it to doritos tacos combo. She asks if we want to just switch it out or do we want a refund. Isaid refund but my we'd been there so long that my husband said i'll eat the difference I just want to go. What kinda customerservice is that! When she hands us the bag she says everything should be in there which was already concerning. We just leftwhich we shouldn't have. My gordita was literally leaking all over the bag. Literally was inedible. ,My chipotle chicken meltwasn't grilled or rolled. They basically made it a soft taco. They consistently shut off their fryers by 10:15 despite being open until 12. I have been told on multiple occasions ?we are out... of chicken, rice, cheese, vegetables, and anything fried.? What?s left to order at that point? Read more

The quesadilla was not cut, employees were friendly, service was slow, but I fell victim to their drive thru trap. I... specifically came here for the nacho fries, but they didn't have them. I was just frustrated because their drive thru is setupto where the menu is not visible until you are already stuck in the drive thru, so I could not check to see if they still hadthem. I will not make this mistake again. Next time I will choose one of the other food places in this crowded area. Read more
