They are never open on time. Supposed to open at 9:00. Multiple times I?ve tried to walk in at 9:10 and the door is still... locked. The workers always have their headphones in so no one can hear if someone is knocking. Atrocious service. Read more
Ordered to pick up my food. Went to the drive thru and there was no option on the touch-screen for me to show I was here to... pick up an order. I pressed the help button and waited a minute then pressed it again and waited a few minutes. Eventually Idrove up to the window and pressed the button there, I then waited for FIVE minutes and even saw two employees look over at mebut ignore me. Both on their phone and talking to one another. I decided to park and walk inside where an employee noticed mebut again didn?t care to acknowledge me and instead walked into the back of the store. After me standing at the counter for twominutes they finally greeted me. What?s the point in ordering take-out online if it takes even longer that way? Especiallywhenever I get there after the estimated time given AND could see my order was ready on the counter (a order of just onesandwich.) they had no customers in line and only one person who was dining in plus it was the middle of the day so I?m not sureif their equipment doesn?t work or if they?re just not wanting to be there.
